The aim of the Latrobe Community Concert Band is to encourage the participation in and enjoyment of music within the Latrobe community across all age groups. We aim to provide an enjoyable service both for the participants of the band and the community for which it plays.
We encourage members of all ages and abilities- everyone is welcome, just turn up for rehearsal. We also have instruments for members to lend.
Specifically,
A. To provide the community of Moe and surrounding areas with a medium
in which they can participate in, and develop their musical ability in
an appropriate environment.
B. To provide the community of Moe and surrounding areas with a diverse
and competent musical ensemble available at a community level.
